Infant Massage Course

Course Dates: Saturdays 4/16, 4/23, 4/30 from 1:30pm-3:00pm

Course Description: During this 3-session, hands-on course parents will learn how to comfort and soothe their baby, reduce or eliminate infant fussiness, and help their babies to sleep better and longer. Parents will also learn how to relieve gas, colic, and constipation through a special Gas & Colic Routine. Each week of the course concentrates on different parts of the body and the corresponding massage strokes. While in this course parents will also learn about infant behavioral states, cues, reflexes, and about Gentle Movements, which are vital for an infant’s development and the connection between brain hemispheres. This class is perfect for parents and caregivers with infants 6 weeks old through pre-crawling.
